DMAE

DMAE is a powerful compound that does wonders for skin.  It works by increasing production of acetylcholine.  It is naturally produced in the body, and can be found in fatty fish, including salmon, sardines and anchovies.

An American Journal of Clinical Dermatology study concluded that DMAE was beneficial for reducing lines around the eyes and on the forehead when used continuously for 8 weeks.  DMAE was also proven to hydrate skin and improve overall skin appearance.
